Description of TACR
The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic is an organizational component of the state, which was established in 2009 by Act No. 130/2002 Coll. on the Support of Research, Experimental Development, and Innovation. The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic centralises state support for applied research and development. The supported project is from the Programme for Support of Applied Research and Innovation SIGMA - Sub-objective 3 - Support for the innovative potential of social sciences, humanities, and arts (SHUV). Sub-objective 3 supports the use of the innovative potential of SHUV and their involvement in projects that are beneficial for maintaining and improving the quality of human life in response to dynamic social, economic, globalisation, and cultural or technological changes.

Project description
The aim of the project is to create a unique application (software) for university students that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to individualize the development of their professional competencies and set their study path with regard to their personality, talent profile, attitudes, values, and initial level of key competencies. The application will link students' personality and talent profiles with their study goals in the first year of study and then enable continuous monitoring of the individual development of key competencies set by the study program. The application will enable the organization and administration of regular competency assessments and evaluate the influence of students' talents and values on their development. With the help of artificial intelligence, specific activities and procedures will be recommended to students based on their ongoing evaluations.
