Scholarship stays abroad in the academic year 2025/2026

Conditions

Students of all cycles (Bc., M., PhD.) and forms of study (full-time and part-time) studying in an accredited study program at SU SBA who successfully complete the selection procedure can participate in scholarship stays abroad. The study stay and / or traineeship can be realized in the total length of max. 12 months for each study cycle. Students can go abroad already in the 1st year of bachelor studies.

Electronic application

The following attachments are necessary to include within the electronic application: 

  • a CV in English
  • a cover letter in English in a range of 1 A4 page (the letter should contain reasons for choosing the partner university and selected courses or a program) 
  • language certificates (optional) 

Students can choose two foreign universities. If the capacity of the primary university is full, the student gets a chance for the selection process for the secondary university.

Informative sessions

Students are invited to the workshop about study stays abroad that will take place March 12, 2025 at 15:30 in the faculty foyer (in front of the Large auditorium "Velký sál"). In case of any questions, please contact the faculty Erasmus+ coordinator Ms. Veronika Matkova (matkova@opf.slu.cz, room A302).

Selection procedure

  • the interview with potential candidates will take place on March 18, 2025 (room A309)
  • candidates will receive the exact time schedule by email on March 17, 2025

The selection procedure is two-round and only students selected in the first round will be invited to the oral interview based on the evaluation of the CV, motivation letter and academic results.  

Preparatory Course for Student Mobilities

  • after a successful selection procedure, it is necessary to complete a preparatory course for student mobility
  • course content is available in IS SU under the code OPFBPCSM
  • upon successful completion, the student will be awarded 3 ECTS within elective courses
