In cooperation with universities within the Strategic Alliance for Regional Transition (STARS EU), we offer short-term intensive programs in which students work in international teams to solve assignments for companies and organisations from different EU countries. This semester, we offer two "BIPs" focused on circular bioeconomy and challenge-based innovation. Take the opportunity to experience international team work, improve your English, gain valuable experience and 6 ECTS credits on top of that!

Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs) are short intensive learning programs newly introduced under the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 programing period. BIPs are a combination of virtual and short-term physical mobility (typically 5-30 days) and are characterised by the use of innovative ways of learning and teaching. The virtual part allows participation in teaching and training from foreign experts from all partner countries involved. The physical short-term mobility then allows for face-to-face collaboration between all participants. Upon successful completion of the BIP, the student is awarded 6  ECTS credits under elective courses.

"Our program was all about learning how to start a business and make it grow. It felt a bit like being in a big, exciting game where we had to make smart choices to win. We explored how businesses work, how to make good decisions, and how to work well with people from different places. It let us pretend we were running our own businesses, making important decisions just like real business owners. It was a fun way to see how our choices could lead to success or challenges, the most important is we were all Oligopolies there so one decision of a team can affect all others and that triggers competitiveness.

What made the trip even better was meeting students from many countries like Spain, Portugal, Armenia, Germany, and the Netherlands. Working with them was like going on an adventure, learning from their different ideas and experiences. Looking back, this trip was not just about learning how to start a business. It was also about understanding people from around the world and making new friends. It showed me how exciting learning can be when it's mixed with real-life adventures. This experience has inspired me to dream big and be curious about the world around me," says Sampras, alumni of Economics and Management Master's program.
