One of the clients was the Association of Spa Locations of the Czech Republic.
The goal was to create engaging content for the website jedemedolazni.cz. The team leader, Dominik Škuta, shared how the team performed: "The team members worked very diligently. The first half of the semester went according to plan, but due to unfavourable weather, we fell behind and were under pressure. Despite this, we managed to create content for spa towns in the Moravian-Silesian, Olomouc, and Zlín regions. We added at least five photos for each region and wrote a blog article that presents a day in the location from a visitor's perspective. In addition, we developed a media plan for Instagram and Facebook. Thanks to the excellent collaboration of all members, we met the client's expectations. The icing on the cake was securing further cooperation with the client and selling our outputs for 30,000 CZK, including VAT."
Do you have a sweet tooth? Then you'll definitely be interested in the task taken on by team leader Natálie Palánová and her team, who created a three-month media plan for the Instagram and TikTok social networks. The goal was to increase the reach of the Svět mlsání e-shop, which specializes in international sweets.
"During our first meeting with the client, we thoroughly discussed all the necessary details for successfully completing the task. We then prepared analyses that allowed us to precisely target the right audience groups. We conducted a SWOT analysis and a competitive analysis, which provided inspiration for creating the posts during the execution phase. The most crucial step was developing the media plan, which included posts, stories, and reels – the most challenging part of the entire project. We agreed on further collaboration with the client, and for the package including reels, stories, and posts, we received a sum of 10,000 CZK excluding VAT."
One of the clients was Linea Nivnice, a.s., which tasked the team with creating a brand concept for a new product on the market. This project was led by team leader Jakub Havel, who immediately focused on thorough analysis. "From the very beginning, it was clear that the design had to be preceded by a careful analytical phase from which the proposals would be derived. Collecting information and researching the target group were time-consuming but very enriching. We tried various methods, including an experiment in the foyer of our faculty. We thoroughly enjoyed working on this assignment, and it allowed us to apply theoretical knowledge in practice," Jakub describes.
After the final presentation, the client agreed to further collaboration and the sale of the deliverables for 18,000 CZK. The sold materials included a competitive analysis, taste tests, in-depth interviews, research on the perception of special substances, and two brand concepts based on the collected data.
The next story highlights the work of an international team composed of students from various countries. Led by René Duda, the team tackled a challenging project that involved creating a Digital Tracking System for young talents in entrepreneurship. René shared insights into the task and the experience of working in a diverse, multicultural environment: "So first of all our task was to invent and create a Digital Tracking System for young talents in entrepreneurship for the Social Project Office. Our contact person and the project owner was Sampras Femi Robert. Social Project Office is an international non-profit company, which operates across different countries, and here in Czechia, the partner of this project is PetrKlíč Help.
Some details about the task are that we had to create a filtering system for filtering different projects that would be submitted via Google Forms. Projects would include some personal info, information about the project and their future insight into how it would develop.
In the beginning, it was a bit difficult to adjust to the different work ethics of our team. We had two girls from Romania (Eliza and Vivienne), a girl from Greece (Ioanna) and a girl from China (Adi). Over some time we clicked perfectly, everyone played a big part in the project and we formed wonderful friendships even outside of the Bussiness Gate.
In the end, we managed to finish our project on time and finished everything that we planned, although there is always room for some improvement. The Social Project Office and the contact person were satisfied with our results and praised us for completing the project and coming up with such a creative solution. "
