On 27-28 June 2023, the School of Business Administration hosted a meeting of the project team of the international project HRM V4 - Past, present and future challenges of HRM in V4 countries. The meeting was attended by representatives of all partner universities: Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Hungarian University of Agriculture and Natural Sciences, István Széchenyi University, University of Sczeczin and Silesian University.

It was the second meeting of the project team. The project addresses the current status and prospects of human resource management in organisations in the V4 countries. The solution of the mentioned issue is based on the research carried out by questionnaire survey technique in all member countries in the spring of this year.  The meeting addressed the issues of data compatibility and data analysis and the implementation of further project activities related to the presentation of the research results. The outcome, which should link the academic and professional community with the business community, will be a panel discussion planned for autumn 2023. This discussion will be held in an international format.

Research results will also be presented at national levels.

All members of the project team appreciated the face-to-face format of the meeting as a great opportunity to deepen the possibilities of cooperation in the field of HRM and innovative approach to education and scientific research. The meeting was also inspiring in terms of teacher mobility opportunities. The foreign guests expressed their satisfaction and thanks to our project team.
