Easter is one of the most joyous festivals of the year, marked by the arrival of spring, and hence one of the most popular social gatherings for international students. On 11 April, the students were treated to a wonderful presentation in the dorms, during which they learned about several Czech Easter customs and traditions and did not go home empty-handed. A record number of students from a variety of nations, including Greece, Spain, Turkey, Morocco, India, and Bangladesh, attended this year's Easter celebrations.

A joint meeting of representatives of the International Relations Office, international students, and the Buddy Team was held in the student dormitories at Vyhlídka, where refreshments, and gifts were provided, and, last but not least, the students were introduced to Easter decorations such as a braided whip made from pussy-willow twigs, lambs, and Easter eggs, which they also decorated themselves using wax techniques and could take away a handmade souvenir. We believe that the students left with not only interesting knowledge and their own products but also pleasant memories of this year's Easter, which they will recall thanks to the photos.
