My name is Aparna George, I am from India, and I am currently pursuing the Erasmus program at the University of Gdansk. 

Deciding to take part in the Erasmus exchange was one of the best decisions in my academic career. The University of Gdansk enriched me with an invaluable international experience, both on a cultural and academic level. The multicultural atmosphere of learning, enthusiastic professors, and engaging studies have made my eyes open and view the world differently and widen my knowledge within my field of study.

Apart from school, staying in Gdansk has been an amazing experience. The city's rich history, vibrant student life, and welcoming atmosphere have all made my stay even more rewarding. Engaging with students from diverse cultures has allowed me to make new friends and discover various cultures. The activities organised by ESN played a great part in creating and widening my friendship circle all around the world. Activities like speedfriending, cliff hike, international dinner & karaoke, game nights, escape room, Fluo bus party were a great experience indeed.

This Erasmus exchange has not only enhanced my intellectual skills but also contributed to my personal growth. I am grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to everybody considering studying abroad.
