Join the university round of the NIBS (Network of International Business Schools) Worldwide Business Plan Competition and get the chance to showcase your vision on a global stage.

This competition offers a unique opportunity not only to create a real business plan but also to defend your ideas in front of the experts and learn from their feedback. In addition to financial and material rewards, participants will gain valuable experience that can serve as a springboard for future entrepreneurship or career growth.

Conditions for participation:

1. Team composition:

• The team consists of 2 to 5 students.

2. First round - university level – Lean Canvas:

• Students must create a Lean Canvas in English using the provided template.
• The document must be submitted via email to prazak@opf.slu.cz no later than 12.01.2025.

3. Evaluation of Lean Canvas:

• A professional committee will review all submitted Lean Canvases till 15.01.2025.
• In case of ambiguities or the need for additional information, the committee may contact the team via the provided email. 
• Results of the university round will be announced by 17.01.2025.

4. Advancement to the international round: 

• The two winning teams from the university round will automatically qualify for the international NIBS competition. Registration for this competition will take place on 24.01.2025, and the registration fee for both teams will be covered. 
• These teams will prepare a business plan in English using the provided template. They can also consult their business plan with mentors during the period from 17.01.2024 to 17.03.2025. 
• The business plan must not exceed 5,000 words and must meet the content criteria set by the competition organizers.
• The final business plan and a 7-minute video summarizing the contribution of the student idea must be submitted according to the competition organizer's instructions by 17.03.2025. 

Rewards:

1. For the winning teams of the university round (1st and 2nd place):

• A scholarship of 5,000 CZK per team, paid after the submission of the business plan and video for the international NIBS competition. 
• A voucher worth 1,000 CZK per team.

2. For teams in 3rd to 7th place: 

• Material prizes.
• A voucher worth 1,000 CZK per team.
