The INNlocal project operates as part of the STARS EU alliance. Specific goals include identifying innovation skills needs, co-designing training programs, conducting pilot implementations, and sharing results with stakeholders. The project will provide benchmarks, profiles, databases, roadmaps, and guidelines for fostering innovation in local public administration, focusing on sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and citizenship. It will also offer learning opportunities, microcredentials, and interactive tools to promote innovative local public services.
