Fees associated with cards can only be paid electronically according to the following procedure:

  • Log in to the portal karty.slu.cz.
  • In the "My card" or 'Moje karta' section, fill out the card request or click on the 'Extend card validity' or 'Prodloužit platnost' button (for revalidation).
  • The system will display payment details for non-cash payment from a Czech bank account.
    • If you only have a foreign bank account, proceed here.
    • Make the payment, preferably using the attached QR code.
    • If you cannot use the QR code, ensure accurate transcription of the payment details into the internet banking form.
    • Once you have sent the payment, confirm this by clicking the 'Confirm' or 'Potvrzuji' button.

Confirmation of the fee payment or successful revalidation will be sent to your university email address within 2 working days at the latest. If paying from a foreign bank account, this period may be extended.

If even after 5 working days you have not received a confirming message to your university email, please write to us at karty (at) slu.cz. Attach proof of payment from internet banking or a screenshot showing all relevant payment details (payer and recipient account numbers, amount, variable symbol).
