TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE FAMILY XIII. - INTERGENERATIONAL COEXISTENCE
In times of rapid social and demographic changes, it is increasingly important to perceive how different generations interact with each other and how they can mutually cooperate, learn from each other, and support one another.
This dynamic is crucial for the personal development of individuals as well as for maintaining a healthy and functional society, and therefore the conference will offer a space for discussion on the importance of this connection and understanding between different age groups.
The aim of the conference is to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of intergenerational coexistence and cooperation, sharing theoretical insights and practical experiences from various areas, which include family environment, school or work environment, social services, etc. Strategies for improving intergenerational integration, promoting mutual learning and communication, increasing awareness of social and demographic changes entering this process will be discussed.
