The FPP project team consists of staff members from the Institute of Special Education.
The project is supported by the Small Projects Fund of the Praděd Euroregion within the Interreg Czech Republic–Poland 2021–2027 programme. Its main objective is to strengthen interdisciplinary cross-border cooperation and develop the competencies of professionals involved in the prevention of social exclusion and the promotion of social integration in border regions.
During the one-year implementation period (February 2026 – January 2027), a series of cross-border trainings, interdisciplinary meetings, and exchange visits will take place in Opava and Opole. These activities will focus on social exclusion, integration, and intersectoral cooperation and will be complemented by language courses in the neighbouring country’s language.
The main outputs of the project will include a set of recommendations and examples of good practice aimed at reducing social exclusion and strengthening integration in border regions. The project will conclude with a joint cross-border online conference presenting the results and developed good practices.
