Scientific and research activity is an integral part of SU’s activities and at the same time an opportunity for self-realization and professional growth of employees and students.
It is provided mainly within the framework of the solution of grants obtained in public competitions announced by individual special-purpose funding providers.
The result of scientific and research activity is publication activity, which at the same time represents one of the main criteria for evaluating the quality and effectiveness of the scientific work of individuals and entire workplaces.
Publishing activity at SU mainly consists of:
• peer-reviewed professional articles in impact and peer-reviewed journals registered, among others, in the Web of Science (WOS), Scopus and ERIH PLUS databases
• monographs
• chapters in monographs
• contributions in conference proceedings.
