Graduation Registration
Before registering for a specific graduation date, you must create an account on this portal with a username and password. These credentials are different from your university login!
You can create an account on the Alumni Portal once you are listed as a successful graduate in the university's Information System (IS SU), typically after passing the final state exam.
You create an account on the portal only once, and for various types of graduations (bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral), you register through your personal profile after logging in.
Graduation registration is available only to successful graduates of the current academic year, within the timeframe chosen by your faculty or department.
If you are a graduate in the current year and the registration period for the graduation ceremony at your faculty is ongoing, create an account on the Alumni Portal if you haven't already, and log in. On your profile page, the graduation registration will be displayed, where you simply select yes. After submitting the registration, you will receive a confirmation to your contact email.

After successfully registering on the Alumni Portal, select the personal profile page (you will be automatically directed to this page after logging in).

Choose Your Participation
During the active registration period according to your faculty, select whether you will attend the graduation ceremony or not. You will automatically receive a confirmation to your contact email.

Payment of the Fee
At the bottom of this page, in the listed graduation dates, you will find a link to a package in the IS SU Shopping Center, which you click on and then pay the graduation fee by purchasing it.
Payment matching may take up to 5 working days! Please be patient.You can verify the completed payment again in the IS SU Shopping Center, where you search for the item My Orders, or click on this link: https://is.slu.cz/auth/obchod/moje_objednavky.
