Problems with payment
If you have a problem paying the graduation fee through the Business Center of the SU Information System (https://is.slu.cz), you can find a solution to your problem on this page https://www.slu.cz/slu/cz/obchod, where there is also contact information.
Notice: The processing of your payment may take up to 5 business days. Please wait until the payment is successfully matched. Once it is processed, the status in My Orders will change to paid.
Don't forget to include...
For faster processing of your request, please always include:
- your full name,
- your identification number (UČO),
- the faculty/institute where you studied or to which you are trying to register for graduation,
- a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
