Foreign students use a so-called pseudo birth number, which is created in the format YYMMDD19JP, where:
- YY – is the last two digits of the year of birth
- MM – is the month from the date of birth; a zero is added before single-digit values, and for women, 50 is added to this number
- DD – is the day from the date of birth; a zero is added before single-digit values
- 19 – is a number representing the university and does not change
- JP – are the first letters of the graduate’s first and last name, if this pseudo birth number does not work, try replacing this part with a combination like AA, AB, AC, etc..
Example cases
- Let’s say the graduate’s name is Jan Novák, born on March 25, 1990. His pseudo birth number is: 90032519JN... or try 90032519AA, 90032519AB, ...
- Let’s say the graduate’s name is Alena Chromá, born on November 5, 1992. Her pseudo birth number is: 92610519AC... or try 92610519AA, 92610519AB, ...
