Support for Science and Research in the Moravian-Silesian Region (MSK)

Since 2017 MSK has especially supported science and research in the region through the programme for support of talented doctoral students.

Internal Grant Competition

The aim of the Internal Grant System of the Silesian University is to support the development of scientific, research, creative and artistic activities of academic staff through selected grants aimed at the development of science and art fields and the university. Student Grant Competition

The aim of the Student Grant Competition at the Silesian University in Opava is to support specific university research projects, which is defined as research carried out by students in the implementation of accredited doctoral or master's study programs and which is directly connected to their education. The researcher of the student project is a student of the doctoral study program of the university or an academic staff member of the university. More information is available at univeristy website.
