The EAIE trade fair serves as a platform where universities and other organizations establish partnerships, showcase themselves, and meet with experts in the field of international higher education and their partner universities. This year's fair in Rotterdam featured more than 241 exhibitors, including the national booth "Study in the Czech Republic" with 20 representatives from Czech universities.

The EAIE conference this year was the largest in its history, with around 8,000 visitors from all corners of the world. Additionally, the conference focused on the education of participating university staff in the field of international education through workshops, panel discussions, and other formats, as well as the implementation of new trends in the activities of university international departments.

In total, Department of Science and International Relations of the Faculty of Philosophy and Science in Opava met with over twenty universities, public institutions, and marketing service providers for higher education.

Internationalizing the university environment is essential for the further development of our faculty. We believe that newly established or deepened partnerships will contribute to an increased interest in foreign students studying at Silesian University, enriching not only education but also scientific research activities, and bringing new impulses to our endeavors.
