Rector's Day
On the occasion of the festive Academic Day, the Rector of SU announces on Tuesday, 24 October 2023 a Rector’s Day. There will be no classes on this day. Everyone is cordially invited to the Academic Day, which will take place on the occasion of the opening of the new academic year, this year in the Church of St. Wenceslas in Opava (Pekařská street 12) from 10 AM. The whole ceremonial will be held in Czech language. As part of the program, university employees and other partners will be presented with awards, and the SU Chamber Choir will perform.
