Degree in Economics and Management

The Bachelor’s program in Economics and Management is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Czechia as s first-cycle higher education qualification. Graduates of the program will be awarded the academic degree “bakalář” (bachelor), abbreviated Bc. according to the Czech Act on Higher Education - Act No 111/1998 Coll. which corresponds to the BSc degree.

The Master’s program in Economics and Management  is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Czechia as a follow-up second-cycle higher education qualification. Graduates of the program will be awarded the academic degree “inženýr” (engineer), abbreviated Ing. according to the Czech Act on Higher Education - Act No 111/1998 Coll. which corresponds to the MSc degree.

In terms of further university studies, holders of the Master’s degree are entitled to apply for admission to the Doctoral program in Economics and Management, field of study Business Economics and Management, accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Czechia. Graduates will be awarded the title “doktor” (doctor), abbreviated Ph.D.

Graduates of all programs will be awarded an official diploma/degree certificate complemented by a diploma supplement corresponding to the model developed by the European Commission, Council of Europe and UNESCO.
