As part of the STARS EU consortium and the thematic group Entrepreneurship and Innovation, our teacher, Pavel Adámek participated in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), which took place from 5-9 May at the partner university The Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) in Portugal.

During his stay, he delivered lectures focused on topics related to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), the circular economy, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The programme, which combines online and on-site learning, attracted students from Germany, Portugal, Spain, Albania, Poland, and the Czech Republic – including five students from our faculty. These students worked in international teams with their peers on case studies focused on sustainability and corporate ESG strategies.

The involvement and active participation of students and academics in BIPs within an international environment significantly strengthen their skills and knowledge base. The practical solutions they propose help them grow their competencies, build networks, share insights, and create potential for further career development.
