Graduation ceremony date:

• 30 June 2025 for graduates of the Master's degree programme
• 1 July 2025 for graduates of the Bachelor's degree programme

Time schedule for graduation ceremony:

Monday, 30 June 2025 9:00 a.m. – Graduates of follow-up Master's degree programmes

Graduation ceremony will be held for graduates of both full-time and part-time forms of the following study programmes: Economics and Management (international graduates), Banking, Finance, and Insurance, Managerial Informatics, Public Economics and Administration.

Graduates are required to arrive for rehearsal at 7:45 a.m. on the ground floor of Družba Municipal House.

The condition for participating in the graduation ceremony is:

• registration on the alumni portal: https://absolventi.slu.cz/graduations/. Registration for graduation is possible from 2 June to 17 June 2025, i.e. after successfully passing the state final examination.
• payment of the administrative fee of CZK 400 via the E-shop in accordance with Rector's Directive No. 7/2020. The administrative fee for the graduation ceremony must be paid no later than 17 June 2025. Please note that the payment transfer may take up to 5 business days. We kindly ask for your patience while the payment is being processed — once it is successfully matched, your order status will automatically change to "paid." Graduation ceremony in the academic year 2024/2025 will happen at the Družba Municipal House in Karviná.
