The historically first visit of the academics from Georgia at our Faculty of Public Policies comprised three colleagues from the field of social work: professor Shorena Sadzaglishvili, M. S. W., Ph.D., and two Ph.D. candidates Ketevan Lekishvili and  Ketevan Gigineishvili. During the visit, the several meetings with the faculty representatives took place, namely with the dean of the faculty Mgr. et Mgr. Marta Kolaříková, Ph.D.,  the vice-dean for science Mgr. Nataša Matulayová, PhD., BSBA and the vice-dean for international relations, Mgr. Kateřina Janků, Ph.D. 

In the meetings, several topics of possible future cooperation between our faculty and Ilia State University, School of Arts and Sciences were discussed, such as sharing and exchanging the know-how, searching for common publication and research aims, including the student mobilities for studies or/and traineeships. Both sides will strive for commencing the academic cooperation in science and research, common projects and internatiolization, participation in scientific conferences and similar events and we will look for possible ways of establishing the partnership.
