We have obtained international certification for Team Academy!

After more than 4 years since the initial idea and 2 years of actively running the Inovativní podnikání study program, which is based on the Finnish educational concept Team Academy, we have obtained official international certification from Tiimiakatemia Global Oy.

Look out for Comet Olbers across the evening sky

Across the summer evening sky, low over the northwest horizon, we can look for the periodic comet 13P/Olbers in the coming months. The comet has returned to the inner Solar System after 68 long years.

A new governance and policies project called "INNlocal" launched

The Silesian University in Opava, the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, and the Bremen University of Applied Sciences are partners, together with the National Institute of Administration and the FEFAL Foundation, of the INNlocal project, whose kick-off event took place last December 2023 at the Communication, Administration and Tourism School in Mirandela of the Portuguese institution.

We try to lend a helping hand, for example, by providing material assistance, but we also try to be a support to students and academic staff coming from Ukraine and their families.

Students and teachers travelled to the Netherlands for the "Startup" BIP

This winter semester, five students from SU SBA participated in a BIP (Blended intensive programme) called - Startup Simulation Game. BIP is a special programme within Erasmus+, in which students from different European countries work together to solve assignments online in combination with short-term physical mobility.
