Admissions

Visiting students include students who:

• exceed the limit set in contracts and student exchange agreements with foreign universities for the category Exchange students;
• usually ensure their study individually for one semester or one academic year (free movers);
• are enrolled in special courses or training programs, for example in the lifelong learning. 

Tution fee

Visiting students should pay the tutition fee according to number of selected courses in the application procedure, fee for each course is 250 EUR.

In order to apply for studies, please, follow these steps:

1. Select courses which you would like to study.
2. Complete Required Documentation.
3. Submit Required Documentation.

Prepare the documents below:

• Learning Agreement.
  
• Application for Accommodation.
• Copy of a Passport (for students who need Visa).
• Passport photo.

The documents should be completed electronically and sent as a scanned copy to novotna@opf.slu.cz or matkova@opf.slu.cz.

Acceptance Letter will be sent electronically to your coordinator at your home university or to a personal e-mail address provided in the e-application (free movers).

After the mobility, you will be issued:

• Transcript of Records which includes the list of all courses you have taken, your grades and ECTS credits obtained.
• Confirmation of Study Period (or Letter of Attendance) which confirms your study period at the School of Business Administration in Karviná and states the dates of your arrival and departure.

The original documents will be signed and mailed to your coordinator at your home university or handed to individual students. The scanned copies in PDF format will be sent electronically to your coordinator at your home university or to a personal e-mail address provided in the e-application (free movers).
