Departments
Department of Geometry and Mathematical Physics
Teachers of the department hold classes of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies and supervise students of the doctoral studies in mathematics. In cooperation with the Faculty of Science of the Masaryk University in Brno they take part in the education of PhD-students in physics. They carry out scientific research in the field of global analysis, differential geometry, mathematical physics and in related fields.
Department of Functional Analysis and Differential Equations
Teachers hold classes of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies. They also supervise students of doctoral studies. They carry out scientific research in functional analysis and differential equations.
Department of Real Analysis and Dynamical Systems
Teachers hold classes of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies. They also supervise students of doctoral studies. They carry out scientific research in real analysis and dynamical systems.
Department of Applied Mathematics
Teachers hold classes of bachelor's and master's studies. They also cover running of the computing laboratory.
